This usually shows up when your bank or your card issuer did not authorize the transaction you made in your Konto.com account. Regrettably there is nothing we can do in this situation, and you will have to contact your bank/card issuer in order to check why they didn’t accept the transaction and what you can do to not have this problem in the future.
