Following the entry into force of the EU’s Markets in Crypto-Assets (MiCA) Regulation, obtaining the required authorizations under the current regulatory framework is not possible for our platform. As a result, Konto.com (operated by Rondo Services Sp. z.o.o.) is terminating its digital asset exchange services.

Notice Period & Withdrawal Window Opens
June 4, 2026
Official notice is issued. The platform remains operational exclusively for SWAP and withdrawal functions. No new account registrations or deposits are accepted.
Recommended Withdrawal Deadline
June 25, 2026
We kindly ask all users to aim to complete their asset transfers or fiat conversions by this date to ensure smooth processing ahead of final platform closure.
Final Operational Cutoff
July 1, 2026
Konto.com officially ceases processing all automated transactions. The web and app interfaces will change to a restricted archive state, and active account access will be disabled.
💰 What Happens to Your Assets?
Your assets remain entirely safe and secure. However, you must take action to move them. You have 30 days from the initial notice, but not later than 30 June 2026, to manage your funds using the following options directly within the app or web dashboard:
- Option 1: Crypto Transfer – Withdraw your cryptocurrency directly to your own private external wallet.
- Option 2: Provider Migration – Transfer your crypto assets to another authorized, MiCA-compliant service provider.
- Option 3: Fiat Conversion – Execute a SWAP to convert your crypto balances into fiat currency, followed by a standard bank withdrawal (SEPA/Wire) to your linked IBAN.
⚠️ If you do not withdraw by July 1, 2026: Your assets will continue to be kept safely. However, you will no longer be able to log in or use the self-service app dashboard. To recover your remaining assets after July 1, you will need to manually initiate a request by contacting our support team directly at support@konto.com.
🔒 Data Protection, Storage & GDPR Compliance
Following the termination of services on July 1, 2026, Rondo Services Sp. z.o.o. remains the controller of your personal data and continues to be fully responsible for compliance with GDPR.
Within the Cryptoro OÜ group, Prime Tech Development SRL will provide technical administration, hosting, and archiving services on behalf of Rondo Services Sp. z.o.o. The legal bases for this data retention are Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR (compliance with legal obligations) and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in archive administration and the protection of legal rights).
Data Retention Periods
Data collected for AML/KYC compliance and other statutory records subject to legal obligations will be securely retained for the period required by applicable law—generally for 5 years following the end of the business relationship.

Permanent Deletion: Upon the expiry of these legal retention terms, all personal data for which no legal basis remains will be permanently and irrecoverably deleted from Prime Tech Development SRL servers.

Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you maintain explicit rights regarding how your archived data is handled:
- Portability: You have the right to request a complete export of your personal data at any time before July 1, 2026.
- Erasure (Right to be Forgotten): You may request the erasure of data for which there is no overriding legal retention obligation (e.g., immediate removal from marketing lists).
- Rectification: You may request the correction of any inaccurate or outdated data held within the archive.
- Restriction: You can request the restriction of processing under specific legal conditions.
